He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature warhammer.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Elegant fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
