Description: He has a missing right arm. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His crest is cut close to his head. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He uses divination through singing.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and many illithids want him driven away

She has a hunchback. Her hair is brown and very short. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. A true patriot, Kansif would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and retire the richest woman in the north

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears a yellow vest and prefers white and violet shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. She wears her brown hair up. Her ears are large.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the south were limited. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and seeks redemption

Description: A moderately attractive man, he prefers to wear black clothing when he does not wear armor. His crest, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are likewise gold. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born in a small island village. A gifted student he started as a Navigator, but he got bored and became a Sailor. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
