History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. A freak accident while working with her Map Maker father left her crippled. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her head has been shaved. She has a dull look in her gray eyes.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. The war was a terrible time for her, and Eran does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Miller but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure

Description: He is a mite stocky and prefers to wear grey pants and tee shirts. He keeps his chestnut hair in a pixie cut. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
