Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His auburn hair and beard is wavy and long. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Merchant born in the past three hundred years. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's also a talented Cook, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Veit lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He worked as a nervous Bounty Hunter and found it very stressful. After a long history of fighting, Veit and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
