Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Reirak liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week.
