Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a Fletcher, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
