History: Gurdis lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the east were limited. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature mace.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it; and to reunite with her old friends

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Spice Merchant mother left him crippled. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has never given up on his painting dream.
