History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Liftrasa has worked very hard to control her curse. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
