History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He now mingles about in high society.

He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
