History: He comes from a rich southern family. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He became a Miller soon after.

Description: She wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a bow, but if one is not available she will default to her ceremonial dagger. She is physically well-built. She wears a top hat to hide her balding. She has brown eyes and a grey hat with a tan feather.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Her long brown fur is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her yellow eyes.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. After a long history of fighting, Serpent and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and to settle down with her crush

Description: A middle-aged man, he prefers to wear flannel, and is pretty ugly. He is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around his ears. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Interpreter mother left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others.
