Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Callie isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Callie was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: William lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. William grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did William. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Balam's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
