Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Birel embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. She is a great chef.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her father worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled father and took her father's old job. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He got into the Mortician business at a young age. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Thiala abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
