Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Drifting hails from a village terrorized by drow. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: River was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Masseuse and was forced into it by her family.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Veloptima was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
