Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He wears a fancy black suit. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has white hair. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He is a Hag in disguise. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'0" when asserting herself. She keeps her long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. She has violet eyes and a brown hat with a green feather.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Liftrasa enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Liftrasa reached her early adolescence her Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has achieved small success as a Butcher.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: A 3'6" northern woman, she wears skinny pants and wears a blue and black robe with the hood down. She has a very tight haircut. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and an old rival family wants her found
