She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Nija speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.
