History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Joan liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
