Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She wears a black vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her pastel leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her black boots flare out at the collars. She has dyed her greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. She has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her first spouse was a Weaver, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Barber work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barber work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: He wears baggy pastel pantaloons and a red scarf. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His gray fur is unkempt and raggedy. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. Shivering is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Tailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and sabotage a competitor
