History: She was raised in a plains tribe. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she wears just a white suit. She wears a small hat to hide her balding. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: Nogu was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to get a good night's sleep
