History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Jo was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Jo's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. A true patriot, Luthra would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Gifted from a young age, Luthra studied abroad. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. After a long history of fighting, Luthra and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. The war was a terrible time for him, and Tethren does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Apothecary arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and to share knowledge with the world
