History: Rangrim lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born in the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and wants to raise his children well

Description: This woman stands a little under 4'10" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. Sporting a black mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

Description: 5'6" and muscular, this northern man is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His head has been shaved. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Barber business.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Orc people.
