Description: An older man who is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes., he is not a threatening figure. He wears his black hair down. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Balimaar was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Manea was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Glassblower. She tends to her Glassblower job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and sabotage a competitor

As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dragonborn conditions. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
