History: Born in the north to a Painter, Norûk learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Norûk alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To be a Sage again; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Lance was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Sculptor. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world
