Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born in the south to a Bowyer, Don learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bowyer. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Blacksmith responsibilities is difficult.
