History: Frouse was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.
