Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Tanner but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Gifted from a young age, Skamos studied abroad. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
