History: Nogu hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying south to reunite her family. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
