Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When Jocelyn reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions.
