History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Description: She is an average looking northern female in her early mid-life. She is wearing a long, white, dusty cloak. Her hair is long and silver with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small white clips. Her eyes are likewise hazel. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Neega took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up bow and armor she uses now. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the east were limited. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tieflings.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
