History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Kipper was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fletcher. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
