Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sannl fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Stacee. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Roger was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Roger abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

History: She was born in the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Hatae's homeland. Hatae decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
