Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born to a Guard, her father struggled to pay the bills. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Merchant profession.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Merchant again; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears a black costume with the symbols of strength on his torso. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy auburn hair. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: 5'9" and muscular, this western woman wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around her neck, and a scythe on her belt. She has no hair. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep red.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
