Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a great chef.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: Stacee was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Layabout and was forced into it by her family; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, white shirt, and grey tie. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Ar-Kaius was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ar-Kaius decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: She hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She was born in the east. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
