Personality: Cecily is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. A true patriot, Cecily would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Cecily hails from a village terrorized by illithids. A gifted student she started as a Navigator, but she got bored and became a Server. She now mingles about in high society.

History: The child of a Server, who enjoyed hunting, Nedda was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gifted student she started as a Server, but she got bored and became a Ruler. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She got into the Navigator business at a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
