History: Rhogar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents enrolled him in a Ranger school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bowyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: This man likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized jet on his right hand. His auburn hair is heavily combed to the right. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He bought a scimitar and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
