History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born in the east to a Fortune-teller, Cora learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Fortune-teller for the past few years.
