History: Susannah hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. She always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to gnolls.

Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He worked as a nervous Carter and found it very stressful. He tends to his Carter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, and is pretty ugly. He has chestnut hair. His gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Qemuel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
