Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He worked as a nervous Sailor and found it very stressful. He became a Sailor soon after.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
