Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Dwarf, and stands approximately 4'0". He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a greatsword, but if one is not available he will default to his monstrous two handed axe, and his gloved hand is found clutching a monstrous two handed axe. He has no hair. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Animal Trainer for the past few years.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Roland's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Roland was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
