History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Through the years after Surina was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Surina's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Alex lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shepherd they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Guard, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Born in the west to a Map Maker, Gimurt learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
