History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Description: This tall, slender woman wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. She has a long blonde ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her eyes are likewise gray. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Katherine lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: To unite with her sister.

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears an entirely grey suit with black socks and a vest with buckled shoes. She has a very tight haircut. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for her, and Gunnloda does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Gunnloda has worked very hard to control her curse. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: She has a missing right leg. She is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. She wears her brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Gifted from a young age, Vani studied abroad. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and her religion dominates her actions
