History: Griselda was born the youngest of three triplets. Her first spouse was a Bookbinder, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against orcs.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: She is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost.
