History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Pennie grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Pennie. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
