History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Balam grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Balam. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Description: 4'10" and muscular, this western woman wears tattered old clothes. Her black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. This hazel eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: This woman loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. She uses divination through singing.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and wants her loneliness to end

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. Her parents enrolled her in a Aristocrat school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and she is unsatisfied with her job
