History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Ruloth was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ruloth's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. Surina enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears an entirely grey suit with green socks and a vest with buckled shoes. She has shaved her head bald. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Mary was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Mary took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up monstrous two handed axe and armor she uses now. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mary fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
