History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the west to a Engraver, Shax learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Engraver. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
