History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 6 years.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
