History: Born in the east to a Guard, Shamil learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. Recently the stress of being a Guard has made it difficult for her to sleep.
