She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. After a long history of fighting, Enidda and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Halander will drive conversation. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Born to a Navigator, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A freak accident while working with his Navigator mother left him crippled. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Description: She wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), and she perpetually has her sickle ready. She keeps her black hair in a pixie cut. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Susannah is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
