Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
