Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. Oppah enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Oppah was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared.
